The Project Control Coordinator will support project management activities by tracking progress, managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and providing regular reports on project performance. This role involves close collaboration with project managers and Operation Manager to ensure that project objectives are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and reporting to Project Manager and Operations.
- Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and General Superintendent to ensure that deliverables are on schedule and within budget.
- Tracking and submission of submittals and RFI’s.
- Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Support in maintaining jobsite documentation, including project plans, safety documents, and project schedules.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project controls.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to new software programs provided by the client.
- Ability to provide PPE (Hard hat, Goggles, Steel Toes)
