Job Overview
The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to help Opus IVS maximize its workflow and achieve its organizational goals. This role is responsible for staying current on the new NetSuite features and providing recommendations for improvements. You will work closely with IT (Information Technology), Finance, Operations and Platform Software to create, integrate, and maintain high-performing processes that will streamline business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the NetSuite platform?and act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support
- Engage with end users to grasp business necessities thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues
- Provide technical assistance to end-users along with holding training sessions on user adoption
- Manage the implementation process for ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integrations
- Plan, review, and customize NetSuite as needed to meet needs of staff
- Develop and maintain custom application extensions using system API and third-party tools
- Develop, document, and follow formal policies, procedures, and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
- Transpose reports to necessary outlets (Google, Salesforce, etc.)
- Support accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets
- Source business requirements and processes and translate into deliverable tasks across various business units
- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in administering NetSuite ERP and/or CRM modules. Should have in-depth knowledge of NetSuite configurations, customizations and workflows.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with NetSuite. Experience in managing NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and integrations across complex organizational structures.
- Proficient in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics. Familiarity with SuiteCloud platform development, custom records, fields, forms, and reports.
- Experience with NetSuite integrating to other systems via web services (SOAP/REST), ODBC, middleware solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo), and other APIs.
- Understanding of business processes across various departments (Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) and ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite Administrator Certification, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, NetSuite Certified Finance User or NetSuite ERP Consultant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
