What You Will Be Doing
- Working Cases Involving Bad Faith, and Coverage Disputes
- Depositions, Discover, Document Prep, Motions, Briefs
- Appearing in Court for Trial Litigation
What You Need For This Position
- Must be a member of the California Bar in good standing and should have a minimum of five years of litigation experience. Should have solid academic credentials from an ABA-approved law school.
- Strong work ethic, stable work history, oral advocacy, excellent writing, legal research and analytical skills are critically important.
