What You Will Be Doing
As a part of your first project, you will be a well-supported member and leader of a project team that includes several trade Supers, Project Managers, and assisting staff, to help build a podium style multi-family project in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina.
What You Need for this Position
First and foremost, we are looking for someone who has led similar ground-up, large-scale, multi-family podium projects from the field, and from beginning to the end. The more experience you have like this the better. This is a senior level position, and you will be overseeing a large team of supporting staff, so leadership skills are going to be key for the successful candidate. We want someone who wants to build a great project, and build it the right way, while inspiring his colleagues to do the same.
We're Looking For Extensive Experience In The Following Areas
- Ground-up podium multi-family construction
- 150+ unit ground-up multi-family construction
- Experience working with the municipality in Charlotte
- Superintendent/field supervisory responsibilities
