Our client, a top law firm with offices in San Francisco, is seeking a temporary Antitrust litigation attorney on a remote basis until and through trial. They need assistance now for discrete projects like trial subpoenas, legal research, database review for objections part time until January and full time January through April (longer trial hours)
The role is anticipated to be remote until February, but March and April must be in San Francisco in office (in court).
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Participate in discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on antitrust compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
Rate: $90-100/hour+ or commensurate with experience
