Installation Coordinator
Renewal by Andersen - Cranford, NJ
At Renewal by Andersen, we aim to make window and door replacement a breeze for homeowners. As a part of the well-established Andersen Windows family, which has been around since 1903, we're dedicated to providing a great customer experience. We're excited to add an Installation Coordinator to our administrative team.
What You'll Do:
- Keep track of installation performance using various spreadsheets and CRM system.
- Collaborate with our Field Operations Managers and installation teams to gather feedback on project performance.
- Coordinate all aspects of the installation process and tackle administrative tasks along the way.
- Communicate with customers through calls to update them on their projects and address any concerns or issues they may have.
Who You Are:
- You have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative job.
- You’re great at following up and providing top-notch customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce is a bonus!) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
- You pay attention to details and can solve problems independently.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the home improvement industry? That’s a plus!

Schedule:
- Work from our Cranford office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturday overtime.
