Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1775.10 - $2045.23
PT needed asap for 13 weeks
SHIFT: DAYS - 8AM - 4:30PM - 5x8s, 40 hours/week
Weekend rotations, about 2 weekends each 6-8 weeks
REQUIREMENTS:
MO Physical Therapy
BLS
2 Years exp. in specialty
Previous travel exp. preferred
Would consider looking at 1 year of experience

If previously employed by CoxHealth, must have been gone for at least 2 years
Physical Therapist (PT) will provide care to young adult thru geriatric populations in a variety of settings to include IP Rehab, SNF, Acute C are (specific to elective total joints) and OP Same Day Surgery. Following physician orders, responsible to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans directed at a minimum to prevention, management of conditions and/or rehabilitation. Treatments focus on returning patients to as normal a pattern of movement and functioning as possible through the use of therapeutic exercise, activity, modalities, and education that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve/prevent/restore impairments and limitations resulting from disease or injury.

Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
