We are looking for a Professional Surveyor & Mapper, Project Manager to work with our Survey group. We place great importance on integrity, excellence, responsibility, stewardship, and dedication while being passionate client advocates dedicated to improving and growing communities.
Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Survey projects that range from small Boundaries to support real-estate transactions to large Topographic Engineering Surveys to support the development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of civil and other engineered projects. Responsibilities include:
- design, survey map and report production, and client deliverables
- planning, coordination and timely completion of field surveying for assigned projects
- managing multiple projects concurrently
- interact and communicate with the project team, clients, contractors and consultants
- perform site visits as needed
- attend meetings
- coordinate project team
- complete project activities within budget
- write proposals for new work
- utilize QA/QC Protocol
Qualifications
KEY EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Florida Registration as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper
- B.S. Degree in Geomatics is preferred
- Minimum of four years experience in responsible charge of all aspects of surveying and mapping
- Proficient in Auto Cad Civil 3D and/or Micro Station
- FDOT project experience is a plus
- Survey map and report production, project management
