This role involves supporting a lending organization by managing loan origination processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in financial operations and gain insight into private lending practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams, including lending managers, underwriters, and legal departments, to facilitate loan applications and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Provide exceptional service to clients while managing risk and maintaining high control standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a finance-related internship or role.
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated sense of urgency.
- Experience in client service within a financial context is preferred.
