Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer interactions during product presentations.
- Keep clients engaged and comfortable if the team is occupied with other customers.
- Address clients’ needs throughout the product viewing process.
- Offer refreshments to clients when needed.
- Remain with clients and products if the team member steps away to fetch other options.
- Prepare product packaging and confirm warranty details when a sale is made.
- Handle incoming calls and take messages when team members are unavailable.
- Ensure the store environment remains neat, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements:
- Previous luxury retail or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
