Sr. Quality Supervisor
We are searching for a Sr. Quality Supervisor for a food manufacturing plant. This role assists in all plant Food Safety and Quality programs and systems as well as training and cultural development. Works cross-functionally with all departmental managers on such programs and training. The company offers above average compensation, bonus and has outstanding benefits.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Quality as a Supervisor in a Food Manufacturing Plant
- SQF Practitioner, HACCP and PCQI certified
- Strong skills in communication, problem solving, decision-making, prioritizing work, and organization.
- Experience with leading audits
- Servant leadership style
