- Be able to quickly analyze and understand technical designs based on code review and documentation.
- Should be able analyze the production issues and work on the issue along with understanding of ITIL process.
- Incident / request tracking, investigation and closure.
- Change requests creation, review and implementation.
- Environments health checks and validations.
- Independently review technical design documents including data mappings to debug production issues.
- Identify the automation for repetitive activities and proposal for performance improvements. Automate daily/weekly/monthly application maintenance.
- Monitoring service availability, batch jobs, report generations and ensure that the job executions are completed within SLA.
- Perform Deployments, data loads & Data Copies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Participate in formal application transitions and review to understand the flow of the application.
- Be able to coordinate and work with multiple development teams, outside vendors and other support areas for making improvements.
- Assists/oversees production implementation according to the defined release schedules and maintenance of the production, QA and test environments.
- Other responsibilities include enhancement, performance tuning, support of the existing applications, project coordination and prioritization.
- Ability and willingness to work in 24 / 7 support model, including night shifts.
- Basic Project/Release Management Jira, RLM, service now etc..
Salary Range - $90,000-$140,000 a year
