HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Design and develop customized solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud, leveraging custom objects, fields, Lightning components, and Apex triggers.
- Lead efforts to enhance Health Cloud capabilities, ensuring solutions align with company goals and patient service requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize technical requirements for the Health Cloud platform.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce Health Cloud with other systems and applications using web services and APIs.
- Provide technical support for call center telephony and technology, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Manage both minor and major enhancements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud best practices.
- Adhere to pharmaceutical industry standards, prioritizing the privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI).
ARE YOU A SALESFORCE HEALTH CLOUD ROCK STAR?
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Salesforce platform development, with a focus on Health Cloud.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce architecture, and API integrations; knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Agile methodologies.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II required.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and patient service processes.
- Personal Qualities: Strong communicator, capable of translating technical details into business value and managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
