What You'll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service primarily via phone, assisting attorneys and staff.
- Manage service desk calls, emails, and ticket requests related to hardware, software, and remote access.
- Support audio and video equipment for conference rooms and troubleshoot mobile device issues.
- Oversee office moves and ensure compliance with IT asset management procedures.
