Role Description
Redwing 3637, LLC, doing business as Orangetheory Fitness Tuckahoe, is looking for a passionate, energetic person to fill a full or part-time, on-site position as a Membership Advisor at our Tuckahoe (#0827), New York location, primarily for the morning shift (4:30AM start time). Midday and afternoon/evening availability is also preferred. As a Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for membership sales, communication with potential and existing members, and delivering exceptional customer service, among other duties. Your role will involve promoting our memberships to prospects, providing information about our services, assisting with membership inquiries, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for members.
Qualifications - Mandatory
- Weekday (morning shifts begin at 4:30AM and end around 11AM/12PM), weekend, and holiday (other than religious exemptions) availability
- Weekly, full-time availability must meet a minimum of 35 total hours; part-time availability must meet a minimum of 20 total hours per week
- Three minimum weekend-shift availability per month (typically, 6:30AM-12:00PM/1:00PM)
- Membership and sales skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to build relationships and connect with potential and existing members
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer/tech savvy
Qualifications - Preferred
- Knowledge or experience in the fitness industry
- Experience with the MindBody Online (MBO) platform
