REMOTE Loan Officer
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced REMOTE Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage loan process, providing exceptional customer service, and leveraging self-generated leads to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process mortgage loan applications from clients.
- Provide comprehensive consultation to clients regarding mortgage options and loan products.
- Generate and cultivate leads independently to expand client base.
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the loan process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold best practices in mortgage lending.
Qualifications
- Active NMLS license required.
- Proven experience in the mortgage industry, preferably as a Loan Officer.
- Demonstrated ability to generate self-sourced leads.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
