REMOTE Loan Officer
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced REMOTE Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, managing the loan process from application to closing, and cultivating relationships to generate self-sourced leads. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lending process.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess loan applications to determine creditworthiness and eligibility.
- Guide clients through the mortgage process, providing clear communication and support at every stage.
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of self-generated leads through networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure timely loan processing and approval.
- Stay informed on industry trends, lending products, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer with a strong understanding of mortgage products.
- Active NLMS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System) license.
- Demonstrated ability to generate self-sourced leads and build client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
