Project Types: Amusement / Recreation, Government, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Senior Living, Multifamily, Office, Mission Critical. Etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Commercial projects valued at $150 million or more, with a preference for expertise in casinos, performing arts venues, museums, and theaters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently manage all field activities for larger, complex projects.
- Ensure subcontractors perform their work with high quality and on schedule.
- Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to execute project duties effectively.
- Oversee project start-up and close-out activities.
- Organize and maintain project contract documents systematically.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other Superintendents.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing the project construction schedule in collaboration with subcontractors.
- Coordinate final project budget implementation with the Project Manager.
- Conduct pre-construction meetings with subcontractors to review project-specific requirements.
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and the Project Manager.
- Prepare and distribute project administrative documents such as daily reports, 3-week look ahead schedule, incident reports, safety inspection reports, material delivery tickets, and investigation reports.
- Identify and resolve on-site project issues in collaboration with the Project Manager, escalating as needed.
- Enforce on-site Quality Control procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Implement and uphold on-site Safety and emergency procedures.
- Participate actively in the company's Safety and Health Management System (SHMS), promoting safe work practices, attending safety training, and eliminating hazards with support from safety personnel.
- Provide resources and support to achieve positive safety and health outcomes aligned with the company's SHMS.
