NOTES GENERAL
- My client is a small marketing / market access agency company that only work with pharma, biotech and healthcare clients. They have grown through referrals and internal TA and are currently in growth mode
- Bill by projects and not by hour
- Very diverse portfolio of clients from Big pharma to smaller organizations/
- The team is currently made up of 14 perm and 10-12 contractors but they are still growing.
- Want experienced people to come in and add to the culture and help make a difference

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Generalist-
- Onsite 3-4 days a week, Bucks County (PA) - flexible hours but really need boots on the ground...
- Responsibilities include review/assist with internal processes, helping with payroll, assistant work for the CEO, talent acquisition, liaison between recruitment, finding resumes , scheduling and supporting with HR processes, performance reviews etc.
- HR qualifications a plus but not essential
- Help with internal processes
- Knowledge of benefits, leave helpful
- Can come from non-healthcare background, more about personality and experience
- Dec start date to overlap/offboard with the current HR Leader - January start for superstar
Essential Skills and requirements:
- 2+ Years experience working within a HR Role
- Ideally you've come from a Healthcare / wellness / pharma / medical / CPG industry
- You are able to travel and work from the Bucks County office 3 - 4 days a week
