Our Manufacturing client based here in Houston is looking to add a Desktop Engineer to their team! The Ideal candidate will have will have at least 4 years experience in a Desktop/IT Support role, Have experience trouble shooting software and hardware issues. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory support, experience deploying mobile devices using an MDM, and be a great problem solver.
Responsibilities
- Creating software images for Endpoint devices
- Creating SOP's
- Trouble shoot software and hardware issues
- Provide Support for O365 and Windows operating systems
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in a Desktop / IT Support role
- Advanced understanding of Active Directory
- Proficient with Office 365
- Experience with Desktop, Laptop and Mobile Device imaging with MDT, Intune or SCCM
Preferred
- SOTI MDM
- SCCM OSD
- Apple Business manager and Google Paly integrations
- PowerShell scripting
- Desktop Hardware administration HP/Dell/Lenovo
