JCW is is partnering with a well respected and rapidly growing Agriculture Lending firm that is looking to add a Senior Agriculture Loan Officer onto their team. This person would be tasked with bringing on new business across North Dakota, with a focus on the Fargo market. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, while being paired with a strong pay scale allowing you to focus every day on increasing your earnings!
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and meet business objectives for the location.
- Ensure compliance with ARM policies and procedures.
- Oversee portfolio risk management and collections.
- Support hiring, training, and development of staff.
- Optimize loan operations to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to loan and marketing efforts within the region.
- Develop strategies for sustainable growth and business development.
- Collaborate with Corporate on legal, HR, accounting, and compliance matters.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports.
- Build strong client relationships through frequent visits to generate new loans.
- Utilize loan reports to guide the team in meeting targets and maximizing profitability.
Qualifications:
- Extensive agricultural background with business development expertise.
- 3-5+ years of experience in credit and underwriting.
- Leadership experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to build relationships that drive loan growth and ensure credit quality.
- Highly self-motivated with a focus on results.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in loan documentation and processes.
