ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Real Estate Paralegal at SunRay, you will play a key role in protecting our clients' financial interests by managing essential lien and property documentation. In addition to handling critical legal documents, you’ll leverage our advanced software platform to deliver efficient, accurate service. This is a unique opportunity to combine your real estate legal expertise with technology, working closely with our internal team and valued clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct title searches and analyze property legal descriptions
- E-record documents and navigate public records with precision
- Utilize our software platform to streamline real estate document management processes
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a client-first mentality
- Lead a small team with integrity, compassion, and a focus on results
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, lien law, and property documentation
- Ability to stay organized under pressure without sacrificing quality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and online research tools

Salary: $75,000-$95,000
Schedule: Full-time, In-Person, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
