Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, deployment, and upkeep of the company’s Operations Technology systems.
- Guarantee system performance and reliability.
- Integrate SCADA with other control systems
- Ensure seamless data communication and control within the facility.
- Enforce cybersecurity safeguards to protect SCADA systems against digital threats.
- Regularly update security protocols to safeguard system integrity.
- Analyze SCADA data for operational insights and optimization prospects.
- Organize and oversee system enhancements, software updates, and hardware maintenance.
- Cultivate vendor relationships, ensuring system backups and fail-safes.
- Swiftly address system issues to reduce operational interruptions.
- Establish and maintain incident response strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance mandates (NERC, FERC).

- Handle the SCADA system budget, including procurement, upkeep, and staffing costs.

Qualifications:
- 8 – 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (master's degree may be preferred).

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
