Our client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to join their team!

Rate based on experience: $70-$80Hr
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce implementation projects within the public sector, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, extensive experience with Salesforce implementations, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve government services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying any risks or issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project status, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing Salesforce implementation projects, preferably in the public sector.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly desired.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
