Office Assistant/Accountant
A residential Real Estate organization is hiring a part-time professional to manage administrative and financial tasks in their office. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background and a proven track record in similar roles. Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management
- Manage accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible
- Assist in budget tracking and financial analysis
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
Ideal Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in office administration and accounting roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
