Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic IT staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by using a combination of cold calling, networking, and tailored outreach strategies. This role will focus on both permanent placements and contract staffing solutions, offering clients specialized staffing services in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to expand the client base in the IT sector.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, fees, and service agreements to maximize client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Meet or exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to build a strong presence within the IT staffing market.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful business development in the staffing industry, with a focus on IT.
- Experience in both permanent placement and contract staffing is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
