Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 + Bonus, Medical, Dental, 401k and PTO

What You’ll Drive
You'll lead the development and deployment of advanced ML models, focusing on Generative AI and NLP, to streamline complex workflows and enhance platform performance.
What You’ll Focus On
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models centred on Generative AI and NLP.
- Automate and streamline RFP and security processes using AI techniques.
- Build and maintain scalable end-to-end ML pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on AI/ML advancements to drive ongoing model improvement.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of ML engineering experience, specializing in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Proficient in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, AWS/GCP, and MLOps.
- Skilled at deploying scalable AI solutions for large datasets.
- Collaborative problem-solver, adaptable to fast-paced startup environments.
- Familiar with cloud platforms and Agile methods; AI-driven workflow experience a plus.
