SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Install Manager at Allied Stone Inc. is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end installation operations within our stone manufacturing facility. This exempt position requires dynamic organizational skills, effective communication, and collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful execution of installation projects.

- Lead and coordinate installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate installation schedules considering project timelines and customer preferences. Collaborate with internal teams for accurate scheduling information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Review installations daily to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide leadership and direction to the installation team. Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontracted installation crews. Ensure compliance with company standards and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of installation schedules, customer preferences, and project details.
- Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Provide training and support for the installation team to enhance skills and ensure compliance with industry best practices and safety standards.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA):
- Knowledge:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with stone manufacturing processes and installation techniques.
- Customer Service: Understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel. Knowledge of CRM software, specifically SPS, or similar tools.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Manual dexterity is required to manipulate standard office peripherals.
- Ability to move around the manufacturing facility and job sites as needed.
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
- Limited travel may be required to visit job sites and attend training opportunities.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
- At least three years of leadership experience, preferably in the stone industry.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM software, specifically SPS, or similar tools to enhance efficiency in project and customer management.
