Addison Group is working with a retail organization who is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer who will perform helpdesk/desktop support tasks, maintain production environment uptime goals, infrastructure strategies and standards, policies and procedures, and customer service standards for all the employees at HQ, in addition to some remote support. This person will also support and troubleshoot existing network, servers, video conferencing, phone system and mobile devices.
This role requires 5 days per week onsite in the East Bay.
It is a 6 month contract to start with a likely extension and/or conversion to FTE. Looking to start at the end of October/early November
