About US Partnership Marketing
B- US Partnership Marketing is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing customer relationships, developing digital strategies and experiences, designing new products, running loyalty programs, designing creative, managing the B- brand in the US, and conducting customer research. Partnership Marketing supports the Cobrand Card business.

Overall purpose of role
As the Digital Acquisitions Lead, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by developing, implementing, and continuously optimizing digital marketing strategies for select airline programs. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute and launch marketing campaigns across digital channels, including web, mobile app, email, and paid media.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement digital marketing and paid media strategies that deliver profitable account growth
Collaborate with MarTech and Digital Technology in supporting a test-and-learn roadmap to optimize our digital acquisition funnel and application experience
Lead multiple marketing initiatives to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Manage marketing processes, timelines, and creative development, while upholding controls and governance standards and managing critical dependencies
Build and foster relationships at all levels of the organization and with external partners
Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure flawless campaign execution, issue mitigation, and effective controls
Serve as a subject matter expert in the digital marketing field
Stakeholder Management and Leadership
As the Digital Acquisitions Lead, you will partner with various stakeholders from a variety of internal support functions, including but not limited to MarTech, Technology, Product Office, Creative Center of Excellence (CCOE), and Partnership Management. You will engage with your Partners’ colleagues and other external stakeholders, including creative agencies, and technology partners.

Decision-making and Problem Solving
As the Digital Acquisitions Lead, you will support continuous improvement in supporting and executing a test and learn strategy. You will use web platform tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics and Tableau) and partner data to interpret results and provide insight-driven recommendations. You will be responsible to identify, prioritize, socialize, and execute digital optimizations. You will exercise problem-solving skills to identify practical solutions and address risks through appropriate mitigating actions.
Risk and Control Objective
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal B- Policies and Policy Standards.
Person Specification
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
5+ years of relevant marketing, digital platform, and/or campaign management experience
