McFarlin Stanford is currently on the market for a Property Care Manager. This role is located just south of the Salt Lake City area. This client offers a variety of services which include outdoor kitchens, entrances, patios, gardening, lighting, maintenance, fire elements, pools, and more.
This role will be managing relationships with clients from the start and maintaining. This includes weekly maintenance and enhancements of landscapes for high end residential and commercial clients. Serve as the point of contact for clients to ensure a positive customer relationship and exceeding customers’ wants and needs. Work with contract terms and conditions along with renewals.
- Office is located south of the Salt Lake City area. You will spend about 25% of your time in the office and the other 75% out in the field meeting with clients.
- There is a company vehicle that is provided that you will be able to take home. With that being said, you will need to have a clean driving record and pass an MVR
- There is a base salary and commission on enhancement sales.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing landscape maintenance and new landscape enhancements for clients
- Communicate and consult with clients to understand clients’ needs, wants, and address concerns
- Act as Project Manager and managing the project from start to finish including design, planning, and implementation of landscaping projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and budget requirements
- Make recommendations to clients for the best enhancements or additional services offered
- Lead and manage a ream of landscapers, providing training and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Ensure that the quality of materials and services are completed to the highest standards and within regulations
- Monitor and keep an eye on project budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness to ensure profitability
Requirements
- 5+ years of working at a professional level within landscaping within high end residential and commercial
- A degree of certification withing landscaping, horticulture, or a related field is preferred
- Must be proficient working in the high-end residential landscaping industry
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various lawn maintenance tasks
- Landscape Irrigation Technician or Licensed Irrigation License is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in organizational skills and follow through while working with multiple clients at once
