Job Opportunity: Revenue Cycle Transition Manager

We are a leading healthcare organization seeking a dedicated Revenue Cycle Transition Manager to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the successful transition of our assigned revenue cycle functional area.
As the Revenue Cycle Transition Manager, you will be reporting to the Director of Revenue Cycle Transition, providing coordination and oversight for the revenue cycle transition for an assigned functional area. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with various leaders and external vendors, as well as revenue cycle subject matter expertise to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Director, Revenue Cycle Transition, leaders, and outsource vendor leaders to monitor performance and ensure it meets or exceeds baseline levels.
- Assist the Director, Revenue Cycle Transition in the development and execution of transition playbook projects.
- Identify and resolve operational gaps or barriers post Day 1.
- Coordinate with external resources to lead Epic conversion planning, testing, and implementation.
- Establish trusted partnerships to promote current and future collaboration, issue resolution, synergy realization, and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5 years’ leadership or project management experience required.
- Three years of healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
- Three to five years’ experience managing and deploying cross-functional projects preferred.
- Ability to manage simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable while still meeting goals and due dates.
