Project Overview:
The objective of the Pathways project is to implement a fully functional and Agile CCWIS Solution that is aligned with the six components of the Client’s Child Welfare Practice Model, resulting in productive and empowered staff. Pathways, a COTS solution, will include the ability to conduct financial and administrative business, interface with external systems (both State and Federal) and be compliant with Federal CCWIS requirements.
Requirements:
- Master Test Plan Execution:
- SIT Test Case / Test Results Review
- Test Environment Setup Support
- Define test cases, test data and testing environments
- Test Case Execution and Monitoring Managed Service Provider Request for Project Services
- Execute test cases including: 1.6.1. Functional testing 1.6.2. End-to-End scenarios 1.6.3. Report Validation 1.6.4. Data Validation 1.6.5. ADA Compliance 1.6.6. Regression testing
- Document test results, including any defects or issues.
- Continuously monitor and report on the progress of end-to-end testing efforts.
- Identify areas of concern / opportunities for improvement.
- .UX Testing 1.10.1.Assist UAT Test Manager with resource coordination and test case assignments for expanded UX test team 1.10.2.Defect Validation, verification and retest 1.10.3.Track and report on end-user test results
- Quality Management Support:
- Help define quality metrics and acceptance criteria.
- Follow all quality assurance processes.
- Generate module-based task reports that summarize testing progress, issues, and milestones.
