The Wilner group has teamed up with a property management firm based in Pleasantville, New Jersey. This company oversees properties across the northeastern region and is currently in the process of recruiting a Regional Manager to join their team in the southern NJ/Philadelphia area.
The Regional Manager position is a full-time, hybrid role, with 80% of the time spent on-site at properties and 20% either working from home or the office. Our clients comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid time off (PTO), and more. The salary range is $105,000 to $115,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee teams across multiple locations, emphasizing strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ensure compliance with all HUD and State Agency Inspections, both physical and administrative.
- Vigilantly monitor and accurately record all revenue collected from various agencies.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure on-time, on-scope, and within-budget project delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and completion.
- Exhibit the ability to comprehend and implement company policies when interacting with properties, owners, and residents.
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Regional Manager in affordable housing.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess problems, think critically, and devise effective solutions to various challenges.
- Be willing and able to travel as needed within the designated region, with access to a personal vehicle.
- Uphold high ethical standards and foster a culture of integrity and compliance within the region.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of company policies, goals, and standards.
- Showcase strong organizational abilities for managing extensive information.
