Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and equipment, maintaining efficient site operations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve on-site challenges and maintain project progress.
- Enforce strict safety standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications.
- Lead daily site meetings and maintain open communication between all parties involved in the project.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on multi-family, healthcare, education, or commercial projects.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $2 million to $150 million.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple trades and large teams.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, plans, and specifications.
- Experience maintaining project schedules and budgets.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
Preferred:
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Familiarity with construction project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar.
- Experience with Florida building codes and regulations.
