About the role:
The Global Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong influencing and business partnering skills to lead full cycle recruiting for a variety of functional areas across the business. The primary goal of this role is to create positive and productive experiences with candidates and hiring managers in order to deliver the highest quality talent to Steelcase. You will manage 12-15 salaried, direct hire requisitions with a heavy emphasis on building and analyzing candidate pools and advising decision makers thru an evidence-based selection process.
