Job Title: Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our marketing and sales teams with data entry, marketing analytics, pre-sale screening, and trade show planning. This role will also involve using project management software like Monday.com to assist with marketing planning and budgeting, as well as scheduling and managing campaign publications. This is a part-time position with a path to full-time based on performance and budget availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & CRM Management: Perform data entry tasks, maintain customer lists in HubSpot, and generate reports to aid in decision-making.
- Marketing Analytics: Assist in analyzing marketing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Pre-Sale Screening: Conduct pre-sale activities, including lead qualification and initial contact with potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Trade Show Planning: Organize and coordinate trade show logistics, manage travel arrangements, and handle all necessary preparations and paperwork.
- Campaign Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and publishing of marketing campaigns, including social media posts and monthly newsletters, tailored to different markets.
- Project Management: Assist the Marketing manager by using project management tools such as Monday.com to plan, budget, and track marketing projects and ensure timely task delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing or sales experience, focusing on CRM and data analytics. (internship included)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
