Katalyst Group has been engaged by a large healthcare system in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a direct hire role, supporting internal stakeholders and focused on productivity reporting and analysis, as well as payor contracts and other tasks.
What you bring to the table:
- Ability to coordinate and prepare monthly reports and financial analysis in support of provider productivity and related financial performance improvement data.
- Technical expertise in financial software and tools. Strong Excel skills are a must, Tableau would be a big plus.
- Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with patient billing data is highly preferred
- Productivity reporting experience is ideal.
- At least 3 years of FP&A experience.
This is a hybrid role in the Chicago loop area.
