A boutique firm in Jacksonville is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-4 years of experience. The role will allow you to handle a variety of litigation work, including commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from start to finish
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other related documents
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials, as needed
Qualifications:
- JD and admission to the Florida Bar
- 3-4 years of litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
