Job Description: Manages the functional area of JMH's Transaction Processing(Payroll/AP) information systems. Creates, reviews, tests and approves all configuration changes. Understands and is expert in all impacted IS system builds. Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation of business practices and requirements for use in process improvement and IS upgrades and implementations. Identifies synergies and redundancies between various systems and deploys work streams to ensure optimal performance. Identifies training and educational needs for the HRIS team and leads or participates in the training as applicable. Responsible for departmental training plans for application usage and workflow.

- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Experience:
- 5 years' exempt level experience in Payroll/AP administering IS platforms impacting for non-union and union staff, leaders and executives.
Skills:
- Workday configuration and reporting skills required in Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll Accounts payable
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to manage confidential data
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work on time
- Proven ability to contribute in a high-paced environment consistently and positively
- On-site position only
- Health System- Hospital setting preferred
Work Shift: Exempt Days (Mon-Fri) (United States of America)
Pay Range:
$56.51 - $84.76 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
