Lana Unlimited Co., a Chicago area-based luxury fashion and accessories company, is looking for a driven, proactive, responsible, professional, and outgoing candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the flow of repair process among all channels.
- Properly communicate to luxury retailers & direct customers.
· Manage multiple local manufacturer partnerships.
- Develop a high level of product knowledge.
- Preform detailed quality control procedures.
- Business administration tasks.
- Implement new processes.
Essential skills & requirements:
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
- Ability to take initiative and must have confidence to learn in a “live environment.”
- Must be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Teamwork with Production & Sales departments.
- Leadership abilities.
