As a member of the regional Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team at SThree, you will enhance our sales business by delivering engaging training programs, supporting new consultants, and driving business performance through coaching. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, embody SThree values, and contribute to our mission to 'bring skilled people together to build the future.'
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Facilitate and manage the delivery of SThree’s L&D portfolio using creative methodologies to engage diverse learners.
- Coaching: Lead new starter inductions and provide ongoing sales coaching to embed learning principles.
- Knowledge Management: Build expertise in learning programs, promote a collaborative knowledge culture, and tailor content to local needs.
- Learning Technology: Utilize and explore new learning technologies to enhance user experience.
- Personal Growth: Model personal development strategies and stay updated on L&D approaches.
- Compliance: Integrate legal and regulatory topics into content and adhere to internal policies.
Requirements:
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of sales, recruitment, and L&D models.
- Experience: Background delivering both classroom and virtual learning. Ideal candidates will also have experience in recruitment or client sales.
