Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Optical Network Project Manager to oversee the planning, deployment, and financial management of advanced optical transport networks. This position involves end-to-end project management, budget oversight, and reviewing OSP Design work.

Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight & Financial Management:
- Lead project timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting for metro and long-haul optical network deployments.
- Manage financial aspects, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cost tracking against milestones.
- Conduct project cost estimation (CapEx, OpEx) and monitor expenses, ensuring alignment with RFP budgetary requirements for hardware, software, and professional services.
Troubleshooting and Fault Management:
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for field deployments and Tier 3 remote support for production networks.
- Lead fault-finding exercises in lab environments and First Office Application (FOA) trials to ensure network resilience and reliability.
Deployment Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and site access, and ensure project readiness across all deployment stages.
- Facilitate third-party remittances, coordinate with oversea team.
