About the Role:
You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and be from a scientific background with antibody experience within BD Operations. Having the ability to understand scientific language and engage in conversations on this level. Along with strong presenting, negotiating and alliance management skills and having the ability to understand the industry and market landscape, its key players, company competitors, and where to identify potential clients.
Skills and Experience
- MSc or PhD, with experience in antibody discovery & engineering.
- Previous hands-on experience in research work is ideal, to allow you to engage in and host scientific-based discussions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personable, easily engages in conversation with colleagues, potential and current clients.
- The drive to succeed is vital in this innovative biotech environment.
This role is fully remote and includes 5-10% travel
