Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Divisional Senior Finance Manager This role will support a business unit generating over $1 billion in annual revenue and will lead a dedicated team of 4-6 finance professionals. As a critical finance business partner, you will oversee various financial functions, including financial reporting, analysis, planning, and more, to drive operational performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial reporting, analysis, and long-term planning efforts.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and KPI development/tracking.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and conduct CapEx investment analysis.
- Lead process improvements and budgeting/forecasting activities.
- Provide Sales Finance support and conduct comprehensive cost analysis.
- Collaborate with operations leaders to enhance business performance.
Qualifications:- 8-10+ years of progressive finance experience in a large industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA from a top-tier program preferred.
- Experience in a global/multinational company with a strong understanding of manufacturing finance/FP&A.
- Proven track record of serving as a business partner to operational leaders, demonstrating a capacity to drive performance improvements.
- Strong managerial experience with an FP&A/Finance team.
- Excellent systems acumen and data analytics skills.
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a periodic basis.
- Commitment to relocating to the Southeast US.
