Top Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field OR 8+ years of professional working experience as a project manager in transmission construction
- Professional working experience in Project Management of construction or electric utility

Daily Responsibilities:
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager for an extended contract opportunity located in both the Louisville or Lexington area. This PM will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of transmission line and substation projects. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will develop detailed project plans, manage schedules using Primavera 6 software, and ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Your role will involve conducting site visits to monitor progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that all work adheres to the highest quality standards. You will prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Additionally, your experience with GIS and ESRI will be crucial in managing spatial data and optimizing project workflows. Having a PMP certification and professional experience with substations will further enhance your ability to lead complex projects and drive successful outcomes.
