About the Role
Join us as a Senior Experience Designer and make a meaningful impact on the way our customers interact with financial products. As a Senior Experience Designer, you’ll lead the design process end-to-end—from ideation through implementation—creating user-centered experiences that help customers navigate complex financial data with ease. You’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in UX design.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the Future of UX: Lead the design vision and strategy across products to make complex financial data intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly.
- Craft User-Centered Solutions: Develop high-fidelity designs, data visualizations, and interactive experiences that simplify workflows and enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate ideas into cohesive, functional designs, fostering a unified design language across teams.
- Bring Ideas to Life: Utilize wireframes, prototypes, and user testing to validate design solutions, ensuring they meet user needs at each stage of the design process.
- Leverage Data & Research: Use data insights and research to inform design decisions, enhancing user experience and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Inspire Through Workshops: Facilitate occasional workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders and end-users to gather insights and drive design alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of UX design experience, showcasing a mastery of prototyping, visual design, and data visualization.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong passion for user-centered design with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, visually compelling designs.
- Systems Thinking: Proficiency in connecting the dots across the customer journey, setting strategic design goals, and driving impactful results.
- Tools & Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Design Systems: Knowledge of design systems with experience applying and maintaining cohesive design standards across products.
Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 65/hr to 70/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
