Job Summary:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our senior analysts and project teams to understand business requirements, analyze data, and help develop solutions that drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and potential solutions.
- Support senior analysts in preparing reports, flowcharts, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Assist in the development of project plans and track progress.
- Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Help create user manuals, training materials, and other documentation as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in a business analysis, data analysis, or related role.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or other business software is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Basic understanding of process mapping and flowcharting.
