Tiello has partnered with a leading Heavy Civil Contractor who is looking for a GPS Survey Manager in the Virginia area who focuses on Commercial/Residential land development and mining projects with an emphasis in land development and surveying with projects valued up to $12MM in project value in the Virginia area.
Title: GPS Survey Manager
Project Types: Commercial/Residential Sitework/Land Development and Mining
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all Topcon GPS Systems for commercial/residential sitework and mining projects
- Oversee up to 30 pieces of GPS Heavy equipment and five to six drones on-site
- Understand GPS systems and be able to analyze data to quantify the end goal of the project
- Manage all crew scheduling, budgeting, and ordering materials.
- Successfully Survey each project assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have Part 107
- Understand Topcon GPS systems
- Must be able to manage up to 30 pieces up equipment and five to six drones
- Can successfully handle anywhere from three to six projects at a time
- Knowledge in Commercial/Residential Sitework/Land Development and Mining projects
- Must have knowledge in AGTEK software
