Family Medicine Physician Locums Job in California ASAP Start and Ongoing for a Year
Schedule needed for Assignment :
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months - 1 year
Full time in clinic 8am-5pm.
Job Requirements:
Active California license - required
Board Certification - required will accept Internal Medicine BC as well
Clean Malpractice History - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Job Details:
Setting: 100% outpatient. The Woodland location would be helping to support a large Family Medicine practice of 11 physicians and 9 APPs.
Duties: Serving as an interim PCP to Family Medicine patients, providing care for acute visits as well as chronic care management.
Must be able to see adults
Routine FM clinical procedures (based on physician's skill set)
Must work well in team environment
EMR: Cerner
Patients per Day: 16-20
Additional Support: 1 assigned MA to room patients - LVN and RN staffing is available to support the department as well.
Reason for Coverage: Assist with staffing while we recruit replacement
